Problem: Rampant payroll errors, no corporate oversight, several unique systems with unique processes
Solution: After vetting multiple options in early 2021, we selected ADP Celergo as a global payroll solution. As the lead project manager, I was responsible for managing the timelines, stakeholders and budget. By the beginning of October, we launched two of our smaller offices. Nine months later, we were up to 18 pay groups on the system, enabling payroll managers to easily manage multiple payrolls without having to learn multiple systems.
