Problem: Lack of easily accessible full-time and freelance reporting
Solution: Using worker data sets from Workday (full-time employees) and Okta (FTEs & freelancers), and with the help of a data science consulting team abroad, I built a reporting dashboard in Domo for select executives, finance and HR team members to reference. Updated on a weekly basis, it was used to track employee retention, hiring and termination trends, and headcount growth. The data was fully filterable by line of business, department, office location and more.
