Using Airtable, a cloud-based collaborative database platform, I created a simple solution for process and resource management. Each item (process documentation, templates, etc.) is labeled with a brief description, point of contact and date updated so users can quickly find what they're looking for. After testing several platforms, I chose Airtable to host this oft-used hub due to its friendly look and feel, making a database much more palatable for our creative-minded staff. It's also fully searchable and users can filter easily as well. All links are stored in Box, some containing Box-created Google Docs and Sheets.
