In this made-up holiday, we literally just handed out baseball gloves to professional ballplayers. The result? We had kids fawning over baseball gloves like their middle school crushes with Wilson Glove Day.

Easier said than done.

I helped make this a successful annual campaign by writing interview questions for the players, providing art direction for the shoots, overseeing the video edits, and creating all of our social posts. In each of the three years Carrot ran this campaign, I uncovered insights from the previous year to make our fake holiday even more enjoyable and engaging for our fans.
