'Johnny Football' haircut, a tribute to Texas A&M quarterback and Heisman trophy candidate Johnny Manziel, gets student in hot water

Apparently some schools don't grant students the freedom to wear their hair any way they want, or in one unique case in Texas, the freedom to support a local athlete with a haircut.
